Sage Staging & ReDesign inclusive consultation is an in-depth analysis of both interior and exterior of your property. As part of your consultation we will discuss your goals and expectations by walking through the home with our clients.
We will perform a thorough evaluation of each room which will allow us to develop a detailed consultation report; including specific recommendations for each individual room on how to maximize the sale potential of your property.
In our report, we give our recommendation and suggestions in regards to:
- Indoor and outdoor evaluation
- Room function analysis, focal point and balance
- Strategically placing and/or removal of furniture
- Decluttering and depersonalizing
- Cleaning and small repairing
- Advising on painting, using or removing wallpaper
- Lighting
- Accessories
In addition we recommend:
- Staging or other services if you do not have the resources to do home improvements on your own
- Action plan for each room to obtain a quick sale of the property.
- List of third party resources if necessary; such as painter, cleaners, contractors etc.
